Default Corvette Color codes

Is there a place on my Black 98 C5 that shows the factory color code? Thanks. T-Bone.

Try in the glove box or under one of the rear cubbys.

As Bill said - on the 98's it is on the bottom of the driver's side rear compartment. Here's a list of the color codes.....

Great site! I am wondering if if anyone knows what the code for 'Dark Bowling Green Metalic' is for a 2000. They do not list it unless it is what they call 'Polo Green'

I am assuming 2004 Light Tarnished Silver is Machine Silver. Thanks for the site

Corvette Marketing often changes the name of the color to make the name more appropriate for the Corvette - example is Dark Bowling Green Metallic is Polo Green for other car lines. Another example is Galaxy Silver in 2001 on my daughter's old Malibu was Quicksilver on the Corvette.

Look at the first column - that is the GM Paint code....#21 will appear as 21U on your RPO sticker.

Cadillac also does this FWIW.
