So, I have a new problem. I had disconnected my antenna so that it would not go up anymore when I turned my car on and off because I installed a cable to hook my ipod to and did not need my radio (and I liked the look of it). My girlfriend decided she got tired of my music and wanted to listen to the radio on one of the many trips we took to the beach last year. So, I connected the antenna again. It has been connected since and working fine. The other week I noticed that the antenna is no longer going down and is stuck in the upright position even though it is plugged in and should retreat when the car is off.
My question is how do I get it so it retreats when the car is off and exteneds when it is turned on. I thought I might have blown a fuse but I checked and it was not that. Does the antenna have a motor that extends/retracts it that could have blown?
