Rear differential question???

I'm sure there are members who are much more expert and actually know if the rear diff from a C5 auto will be a simple straight swap for a 6speed diff...........I would assume it is.
But of course, the auto diff has either 2:73 or 3:15 gear ratios, whereas the 6 speed is a 3:42 so if you do the swap you will end up with higher overall gearing.
