I like these raised Cyberdine graphics. I have the 04 Commemorative Edition emblems on my steering wheel and sill plates. They provide a very tasteful look to the interior area. I have had mine on the car for about 2-years now and they still look great.

I had the brushed letters installed on my dash but a few of the letters peeled off after only a few months. I'm sure it was because I didn't prep the recessed area as well as I did the sills and steering wheel.

Looks great...I did the same on the dash (red) and steering wheel. Considering the ones for the door sill, but I put my hand right on that emblem when I crawl out of the car and concerned that continual hand pressure will screw-up / move the decal over time. Are those the chrome or silver?

Thank you. The actual color of the 50th Anniversary package is a silver letters for the dash airbag cover. But I thought to myself that a 50TH. Anniversary is gold, so I decided to use gold letters on the passenger side. I'm sorry about the onl slightly out of focus drivers side door sill picture. I'm still learning how to use both the camera and using photobucket to upload pictures. But that my word, the graphics emblems from www.cyberdinegraphics.com are so detailed that the lettering on the 50th package is really sharp and the emblems are once installed, you'd think this was something that was done at Bowling Green ! They make a number of item, and I used a adhesive pre-bonding agent 3M 4298 in the pen aplicator to ensure that they are on and sealed tight.

Yeah Rob, from the low 40's on Monday to 90+ tomorrow ? Ya can get a bloody nose from the steep temp changes

The letters, (I used gold cause my car is a 50th Anniversary edition and the head rest have the gold embroided logo's) but the letters sit down into the indentations, what you see is the clear plastic of the raised emblem/letters.

I used a product call 3M adhesive promoter #4298 it comes in a pen type despenser, and I soaked a Q-tip with the solution, cleaned out the letters and wiped down all of the surfaces where the emblems go and then peeled back the clear plastic backing and the emblem went down perfectly. The 3M adhesive promoter really cleans the surface so the adhesive on the emblems and letters are down tight and solid. The emblems and letters, once in place, look like something that the factory would have installed in Bowling Green. Very happy the way they came out.

Seems 4298 promoter is for plastic applications, do you know or have experience with it on the exterior (Rear & Front Corvette Letters) of our cars?

I just put the same ones (in torch red) on mine about a month ago.

They make a huge difference and look outstanding!

I had the same kind of issue with my dash letters where one of them doesn't stay stuck down too well due I'm sure to my inadequate prep job.

Anyone have any idea what I can use to hold it in place without ripping the dash apart should I ever want to remove them?
