The car has not had a lot of clutch abuse, and works fine with no movement of the take-up zone of the pedal. If I need it, can I put in one of your C6 Z06 clutches with my Fidanza flywheel? Thanks
Hi, please call me directly...thanks

I'm dropping in a built LS7 that made 550whp in another platform, along with a 100shot. Looking at 630-650whp. Looking at street and occasional HPDE use. What do you suggest?

Hi,

thats alittle much for a LS7 Clutch kit to handle, it would not last long at all...We have a few choices...Depending on your car and type of trans you are using(probably-f-body T56) we have the Monster Clutch Level 3 package, or we have a New Australian Company whos has been making clutches for over 60 years, but they got into the LS Series market about 2 years ago...They have a 12" single thats a full face disc with puck patches on the disc on both sides, its very smooth, no hard pedal..Those 2 kits will run you in the $675-$799 range with some accessories included...

I typed that in a slightly confusing way, I'll restate. I removed this LS7 from my FF GTM and I'm swapping it into my C5Z. I'll then be using an LS6 in my GTM instead. I have the GTM covered clutchwise, I need to know what I should run in my C5Z here.

Is there an appreciable difference in weight between the LS6 and LS7 kits?
