Default Normal oil pressure range

Anyone know what the normal oil pressure range should be for a c5 with about 86,000 miles. Thanks in advance.

Mine is a 40K car with a lot of track miles. I run 10/30 oil M-!. When warmed up = temp above 150 deg. the car shows 35 LBS at idle and 40-44LBS or so above 2K RPM. Hope that helps.

When cold, my 2003 with 13K miles starts at 50 PSI and once warmed up it is usually at 40 PSI at idle, and if in stop and go traffic and the air on and in gear A4, it is at 30 PSI. If I'm not wrong, you should have 10 PSI per 1000 RPM's.

Per shop manual, you only need 8 psi at idle.

Mine runs 25 psi idle hot (235 F) and 35-45 psi while driving with revs around 3,000 rpms.

The pressure bypass is set at 72 psi.

Cold mine reads about 45, warm it reads 40 (both at cruise). But my car has 20K miles.

I've gone by at LEAST 10psi for every 1000rpm.
