Remove the caps from the wiper arms, remove the nuts holding the wiper blades. grab the wiper blade arm down near where the nuts were and rock while pulling up. Remove the pins holding the cowl, pry the center up with a small flat bladed screwdriver and pull out the pins. The center one also holds the battery tray in place so make sure you put the correct one back in. Lift the cowl out. When replacing look to make sure you have the little tabs under the glass. It takes a little effort to get it locked in place but it will go. Replace the pins, nuts and caps .....done.
Also by applying reverse pressure the arms should pop free easily. It's basically like applying pressure to push them on that pops them free.
The right side is tricky getting it tucked in and be careful of painted surfaces when installing it.
Actually I just remembered. Put the key to ON put the wiper selection to first pulse so the wiper goes up and stops at its idle position and turn the key to off. Mark with tape along the blade and the tip position on the windshield so you can position them back in the exact correct position during installation. Then remove the blank plug and nut. The nut has interference so it's not coming off easily. They will generally be corroded so you might want to spend some time cleaning up the nut and threaded surface after removal and applying some anti corrosion like WD 40. If they are bad, it might require a squirt of PB Blaster to free the nut.
Installation, position the blade using the tape on the windshield, put the nut on and torque to 25Nm (18 lb ft). Then remove the tape.
NOTE the arm is loose until you approach the full torque value.
I don't have time but those wiper blade nuts should be torqued, and I have to look up the value.

Great advise on marking the existing wiper positions, it'll save you a TON of time when putting them back on.

There are no wires involved. The motor assembly is not part of this process.
You will be transferring your small, rubber, windshield washer hose assembly on the underside of the old plenum over to the new plenum. Easy to do. Self explanatory when you see things.
Look at the link above and it has some pictures. You'll disconnect them at the nipple connector. Then you'll pull those connectors from the cowl part and transfer them to the new part. They are just pressure fitted. Note the routing before disconnecting so you get them in the right position. On the underside of the cowl are clips that the tubing fits into to hold it into position and not flop around.

As you raise your old plenum up, turn it over first and you will see a "Y" fitting underneath. It's on the driver's side. You can disconnect your washer hose there. When reinstalling, make sure that hose gets pushed back on securely.

Once you follow steps 1-7 it's super easy. You will see what you need to do.
The hardest part is getting those wipers off.
Check out step 14. I highly suggest you complete that step as well while you're in there.
If they're clogged and it rains (or washing your car) your motor will be all flooded out and the wipers will go crazy (and you will be doing all of this again). That was one of my first fixes 3 yrs ago.

Good point JW on the udders. Perfect time to clean everything up too while your in there.
It's difficult to describe but with the blade retracted back, put one hand on the arm near the bolt and sort of press down with the heel of your hand while lifting with the other.
