I bought a set of ACA HID headlights (the Kit) and one housing broke. I called The place I got them from and they dont have them anymore. I dont want to have to buy another set when all I need is one housing.
Does anyone know where I can find a passenger side black housing anymore??

Maybe your best bet would be to buy a new H9 set without the HIDs and then sell your good housing as a replacement for someone else. How did it break?
I have seen the newer sets on the auction site for a quarter of what I paid for these. But those have the chromse housing and Im a stickler for the black. If I can find a black set I will go for it.
Im not sure how it broke, One day I was driving and I noiced the cut off from the HID being too high. I get out and I see the headlight is off center. I look in and see the fiberglass cracked. I Parked the car for winter, and just got it ready to go out this year and the whole assembly was broken and the light was just hanging out. Im sure with the bucket down the weight itself helped it break the rest of the way.
slightly off topic, first I've heard about the new ACA headlights. if they are H9's how can they be dot legal? or are they halogen projectors now and not HIDs?

Most of the kits you see that are the H9's dont use HID. You can buy the kits with the option of HID if you look around.

I'm not too familiar with the term H9, however I bought my set from JWM and it has the HID bulb in the low projector beams and halogen for the high beams. I swapped the highs out for Silverstars to reduce as much yellow halogen light as possible. However after installing HID fogs and having HID lows in the ACA projectors, I really don't see the need of using my highs very often or for an extended period of drive time. The ACA HIDs really light of the road!
For the OP, I know ebay had some of the black housing kits a few months ago on the cheap without any harness or lights so maybe they will come back. JWM sells the complete set with bulbs, harness, etc. so perhaps he might have some extra parts lying around.

Makes you wonder if the mold was cast correctly. By your pictures, maybe you hit a hard road bump which caused the crack and then the rest was gravity. I would check the parts for sale section of the forum. Maybe someone is selling their old set, etc.
