I have been running no front bolts and ZIP rear bolts. Scraping all the time and ride has been pretty bad if on a poor road. I have also been getting creaking and popping noise in my front end especially with the wheels turned going slow. Like backing into a parking spot or my driveway. I went ahead and decided to put in the ZIP front bolts and retorque all the bolts I removed when installing the C6 Z51 sways and C6 Z06 shocks. I also decided to clean up the nasty grease on the sways and wrap them in Teflon Tape instead.
I had to raise the rear up as well in order to match the new front ride height. I took it for a spin to get the suspension to settle. Ride is way smoother now. I may have even nailed the rear height on the first attempt
Also......NO NOISE NOW!!!!!!! The suspension is dead quite now
Plus it's still low enough and looks good.
Next was my front center airdam. I lost one spring and my other was about to break. I went ahead and made my own spring system for it. Don't laugh at my crude engineering skills.......it works.
It's Teflon tape. You use it rather than the grease that comes with the poly bushings. Yes, you wrap the sway bar where it floats in the poly bushing. I've seen people on many forums that swear by it and have yet to see someone post negative about trying it. It's cleaner than the grease and isn't sticky. My bars were all nasty by the bushings from dirt that was sticking to the grease.
I will keep an update going on noise but for now it has totally solved my noise problem. Although I think my noise was coming from the leafspring since I was running no front bolts. Now I have the Zip bolts in threaded all the way in so it's as low as the bolts will allow. They have a nice bushing/cap on the end of them so it should stay nice and quite.
I plan to go with coilovers but it won't happen for a while so I want to make the best of what I have for now.

Even if it needs to be redone a couple times a year.... I'm good with it as it's easy to do and I like not having the grease to deal with. That stuff is sticky/nasty and does nothing but end up a grimy looking mess around your bushings. I have no idea how long you can go with the Teflon Tape but I'm gonna find out.
I plan on doing the rear sway next weekend.

If you want a template for the spacers on for the swaybar, let me know, I'll take some detailed measurements of the ones I made. If you didn't already know, the rear is real easy to work on, only have to remove the 4 bracket bolts, it moves in and out away from the cradle for easy work (no endlink loosening or removal required)
The brackets are shown here along with some other info you might find interesting.

Yeah, I was one of the guys saying I was gonna make spacers for the rear. I just haven't done it yet. I did see that you had done it and it looks like you did basically what I had planned on doing. I figure I can just trace the bracket to get my size and hole positions. I'm gonna clean the grease off as well and use the Teflon Tape like I'm doing on the front. My problem was running the front without the Height Adjustment Bolts. I had put down some rubber pads so the leaf spring wouldn't rub on the lower control arm but it had wore through the rubber pads and was making noise. Plus I was scraping the airdam on just about everything I drove over. I put the ZIP front bolts in and put them as tight up against the spring as possible to get me as low as possible with these bolts. I have about an inch of gap on the top of my tires in the front. Still looks good and the car seems to ride a bit better.
