refinishing '00 alcoa wheels

Just had my new '01 alcoa wheels mounted today..they have white "blotches" here and there..tried buffing them out with my dremel,and my Wenol aluminum polish....but they do not go away...Advice needed..Bob

I would guess your wheels are clear coated and the damage is likely beneath the clear coat

The damage IS the clearcoat-clear turns white over time when damaged.
