I found a different type of problem. Windscreen seal is coming off!
It is a minor problem but annoying one. Seal pops off and winscreen wiper makes it worse.
I tried to clean it with aseton and apply 2-component glue. Well it did not help.
Anyone knows how to fix this one?
3m weatherstrip adhesive should do the trick make sure you clean the plastic and the inside of the rubber very very well and allow plenty of time to dry
also check the wiper blade clearance looks tight you might want to reclock your wiper arms 1 tooth as well.

A question: is weatherstrip adhesive stronger than 2-component glue?
Perhaps it has better elasticity??? BTW I checked it and yes wiper blade hits the sealing That needs to be fixed today!

Not necessarily stronger. It is made for applications such as yours. It is easier to work with, excess cleans up easier. And yes it does have elasticity. As BHRZO6 said, check the wiper so it is not dragging/pulling on it. Just make sure you get all that 2part stuff off. The 3m is made to stick to rubber etc. Good Luck.........Jay

OK thanks guys, one more quesion: is it ok to clean with aseton?
I clened it once with aceton and afterwards a quick analyze shows that the sealing was more like a paper like sealing!!! It did loose some of it's elasticity !!!
(God damn if I would only knew better that)
Do you still feel that it is OK to use M3 and not to go to windshield shop and let them charge me for $$$$

I don't use acetone, I use wax and grease remover but I think that if you wipe wet and wipe off with a clean dry rag it should be fine. Why pay a shop when you can do it yourself.. Just tape it down as said till dry, it will be fine..

A small section of mine was coming away but I was able to just push it into position without it lifting again.
However, what I did notice was that the plastic moulding had warped in this particular area, so with the seal correctly positioned in the moulding it was not touching the windsceen. So, there is a 3mm gap for around a 50mm length. Any rain would trickle between the windscreen and the seal. Does anyone know if this is a problem or would the water just drain away from the section underneath the plastic tray/moulding?

It's not techincally a seal. It's just a beauty piece to make the bottom of the windshield, and top of the cowl cover, look nice, instead of having bare glass and the cowl cover there.
You're fine with rain and water there.

I used the 3m stuff and it worked great. Clean the area with alcohol (the kind you don't drink) using a Q-tip.
