Nice Day = New Pics
Still haven't clayed or waxed it (later today), but stellar morning in Southern NH means I get to update my album to include shots with the new tires and calipers...
I gotta get with some of you who take night pics, 'cause I tried last night and failed miserably!!!
Anyway, some shots at the homestead and at the place where my wife THINKS we're supposed to be living...
That's all for now... thanks for tuning in.

It's called Searles Castle, and it's in Windham NH - about 45 min. north of Boston, Exit 3 off Route 93. Used to be privately owned, now belongs to a group of nuns after it was donated to them - they use it for functions and the like. Cool spot.
Thanks for your comments, one and all!

Nice car! Now the pictures them selves.. you can tell you have a nice camera, the lighting is killing the pictures, and some nicer composition will do you wonders! Keep practicing!

Thanks.
The plate cover is a clear blank - you can buy them on eBay for fairly short money. Then I took it to a Chevy dealer body shop and had it painted to match the original GM color. They use a paint adhesive to prep the surface first and paint the interior of the plate covers after taping the opening to spec.
On the camera work, I'll admit, other than working out angles and distances/zoom, I depend on the camera. I have a lot of work to do to figure out lighting/composition, etc.
I've seen some awesome shots on this site and am hopeful I can pick some brains to find out what y'all are doing to get the shots you get.
Thanks again, one and all, for your comments.
