Your bulge depends on the offset. The right 11" wheel does tuck under the wheel well (tire rim guard and all!)
See my CCWs with a 295/19 tire and 11" rim. The big difference between mine and the SP500 posted above is he is running a 3" lip and I am running a 2" lip. Using the same 2x4 test I would guess he is running 1/2" outside the wheel well. Which is pretty standard for the CCW "standard" offset w/ 3" lip.
