Just got back from the two day ZO6 driving experience at Bondurant and am still flying high. While I'll probably never come close to driving my C-5 like they encourage you to drive theirs, it's incredible to see what these cars are capable of. (Not that I could even begin to challange it's real potential) It is also amazing what they teach you and how much you learn that can be life saving in normal daily driving.

I am a realtively new Corvette owner and other than many many years ago on the drag strip have never had the opportunity to drive on a track. Understanding how to keep the car in balance or to be able to apply more weight to the front or rear wheels was a real eye opener. Each time I got out of the car I would pat it and say sorry buddy but I had no choice. The cars are extremelly well maintained and really fun to drive, but I wouldn't recommend buying one. It is also a real eye opening experience to see what the instructors are capable of doing on the track.

As day 2 progressed the competition in our group got more and more intense both with our own personal best and each other. Being able to take your time down lower and lower was a real rush. Can't tell you how many laps I made but when it was over I was exhaused but wanting more. Flying home I was making plans to return and thinking about getting a track car.

While not inexpensive if you ever want to learn and be able to drive at your maximum comfort level, whatever that may be, this is the place to go. As you can tell I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

OPS - Almost forgot to thank my Bride for the anniversary gift and great experience. Thanks Hon, LOVE YOU!

Thats too cool man. I'd love to do that and fulfill my need for speed. A few years ago i went with a friend in his ferrari to the 348 Challenge at Texas Motor Speedway. Seeing those guys up that close run their cars like that was fun for me. It will sure give you the itch to do the same. Maybe some day.

Some day I want to take one of the high performance driving courses. Good to hear that Bondurant offers a good course.

Sounds like you definitely made a great choice!

Thank you for coming and for the praise. I'll pass along your comments to Bob and the rest of the team.
