Default Anyone remove CD Changer wiring?

I am switching over to a new head unit and have a guy interested in my head unit + disc changer and he would like the wiring for it as well. Well i am in the middle of getting it out (ton of fun! ) and just wondering now if it is even possible... Up in the passenger footwell where do it go??!?! Looks like it wires directly into the fuse box? Anyone have any idea what's involved the rest of the way? Thanks!

If I remember correctly (and that's a big if) every C5 has the wiring from the head unit to the passenger footwell. You can just unplug the wire coming from the changer at the passenger footwell computer and that is all your buddy should need. The rest of the connection is already in his car.

That being said, wait for someone to confirm this since I haven't dealt with that in about 6 years and my memory is a little fuzzy.

Okay, I found the male/female connection and have that all removed. Now the only thing holding me us is 3 wires (green, orange, and black/white) that are attached to the connector at the disc changer end, but not at the footwell end... they run into the fuse box. Should I just snip these and have him run new wire from there to whereever or what are these 3 wires for? Thanks!
