I'm thinking of getting a Tigershark front facia for my '01 Vertte. Is this something you could paint first and bolt back on easily?

I put my tigershark on this winter. We fit it to the car first to make sure everything lines up right and to make any adjustments before paint. When i took it to my painter he took it off to paint it and then put it back on.

I would suggest getting the real Tigershark from Starcraft and fitting it before you paint.

Good luck you are going to love it.

Takes a bit of fitting first, so you will have to install it than remove and paint.

Absolutely... DO NOT get a Duraflex... I have seen them called Tigershark... They fit like SH#T. I am still trying to negotiate with them. The one I got is so bad it would take 40hrs of work to make it look like it should..

Check out these gaps

Then the area around the vents

DURAFLEX= JUNK

For sure, Once you get the original off, and go up with the T/S, to check fit - next few times becomes a lot quicker. I had mine up and off probably four times before I sent it to paint shop off the car. Then after paint up and off twice before it stayed on. But it makes a difference on the MFG, Starcraft is the one most people go with - a little more money up front but less heartache later as you can see by a previous post. They do look nice once on though, I am having mine repainted at the end of June, Paint shop got close but no cigar, I'm having another shop do it this time.....

I did not test fit the rear before paint and it was nearly perfect. Only one spot on the lip under the hatch needed to be trimmed a very slight amount. The front is much more involved with lining up the fogs, the hood and the headlight covers. The quality of the Starcraft piece is excellent. Don't be scared.

I read here that you get all the brake ducts with this??? Do they cover the whole intake??

Is there Tabs for mounting the Park/Sig lamps???

Thanks in advance..........Jay

Starcraft kit came with everything, all Tabs for mounting, you will need to state if you have driving lights. If so you will need to get the relocation kit and the proper grills. The brake ducts are a bit of a pain to hook up and do cover the whole intake area.

You will def. want to fit it prior to paint.

Check out our GP on them. Only 2 more needed until we ship
