It's definitely a chop job. You can tell from the trees above the roof, the cloned C-pillar, and the stock Z rear window going right up to the edge of the rear bumper. Nice idea, as I've always been a fan of Sportwagons, but I doubt we'll see many other angles of this car.
However cool or not this thing would be, Starting with a Z seems like a total waste of time. At least with a coupe you could pop off the hatch and replace with a custom piece. Even a vert would make more sense than the Z.
I have seen some custom lids for the C4 to make the coupe look more like a vert with a pop out rear window. Not a new concept, just not a big market for modding a car with already great lines.
