Can't remember the name of the company that used to do these to the C3s...Maybe Greenwood, yup Googled Corvette Station Wagon.

http://www.greenwoodcorvettes.com/StreetSportwagon.html

Looked better on the C3, I'd have to see the rest of the car.

You can tell that the C5 is getting old when it becomes a Humpback instead of a Hatchback...

If that's not a chop I hope we get to see more pics, because that's a really well done conversion.

That photo is funny looking right where the original body lines stop, I'm thinking its a chopped photo.

It's definitely a chop job. You can tell from the trees above the roof, the cloned C-pillar, and the stock Z rear window going right up to the edge of the rear bumper. Nice idea, as I've always been a fan of Sportwagons, but I doubt we'll see many other angles of this car.

It looks better than many of the modded cars that show up on THIS forum.

Actually, IIRC, someone here posted several pics of that car from different angles a few years ago so it might be the real McCoy.

However cool or not this thing would be, Starting with a Z seems like a total waste of time. At least with a coupe you could pop off the hatch and replace with a custom piece. Even a vert would make more sense than the Z.

I have seen some custom lids for the C4 to make the coupe look more like a vert with a pop out rear window. Not a new concept, just not a big market for modding a car with already great lines.

I like it - looks like it was very well done and could be a useful vehicle if you need a semi-wagon type vehicle.
