Funny!!
There is some signal degradation but I live in SoCal so there are plenty of stations to listen to. I was going for the body-color look.

I like it, but I'd still like to lose the antenna completely. That look is so 1990. LOL

I must be the only one that likes the stock antenna. Not really like, but, whatever, doesn't matter to me. That stub looks much worse than an actual antenna, IMO.

That's an insult to vertically challenged people; I mean how many midget Dic!s do you have experience with?

Aside from the "midget's dick", that's a mighty fine looking car you got there.

So if a midget gots pipe, is he hung like a Shetland pony?
I was wondering what one of those antennas would look like in QS, now I know.

I agree, I don't mind how the stock antenna looks.

Yup. New base from Zipp Corvette and a spray can of QS touch-up paint from Automotive Touchup.

Mine is shorter than yours, but gets longer when excited.
A power antenna from a vert.

I took mine off and put a thin black rubber nipple over the threads.
I usually listen to the engine or my iPhone through the radio.
Atlanta radio is nothing to brag about anyway.

I found that anything less than 14" seriously comprimised radio reception.
I like the sound of an LS6, but I like my radio as well.

I've got an 8" shorty on my Z that is thin like OEM. I did a pre and post radio station "seek" signal-test and only lost latino and jazz stations--3-4 of that type only. So no big deal. Of course I'm in a major metro area.
As for the stock, I really think stock looks horrible. I also don't fear getting gouged in the eye or nose when walking around my Z in the garage to adjust the sprinkler timer or while washing/drying the vette.
Of course, I would prefer no antenna--meaning no base and no antenna like the coupe as opposed to removing the stocker and placing a nipple on it.
