Looking to put a new head unit in my C5, I want a reverse camera and to play dvd's, i dont want flip up. any suggestions???

I wanna change my head unit out to match my Alpine amps!!

 

I bought the Clarion VX400, dont have any remarks about it as I am not home yet to install it. It is a flip out, but Clarion makes the same unit in a double din, VZ400. I dont think you can go wrong with Clarion. Has the connections for a back-up camera as well. Bluetooth, iPod connection, lots of pre amp out put's.

 

I believe there are some single-DIN head units available that have a screen and aux vid input. check crutchfield.com for models you like then go on ebay and get them for 20%+ off

 

Whats your price range you want to be in?
There is dozens of options out there to set you up with.

I would think you might like the Pioneer AVH 3200BT.
This is a really nice unit for the money. Has plenty of the options you want and more to add on later as well. The aux input and sd card slot is on the front as well. Ipod features are great, built in blue tooth and the soon to be available u220 nav add on will give you NAV.

Just keep in mind this is a double din and you will also need to have your bezel modified or attempt yourself. If keeping the stock Bose speakers you will need a harness such as the PAR roem-vet1, brackets to mount it and a gm6 antenna adapter. I can help you will all the just mentioned items as well.
