Good Deal?

I have a chance to purchase a car through my dealership at a dscount price. With the discount is should be about 17k. Its a 03 in good looking shape with 59k miles Should I think about getting it ?

Provided it has a clean Carfax and it looks good from a visual standpoint...in, around, and underneath. I'd jump on it...
