If anyone has lowered their steering column to take out gauge cluster did you find any plastic oval shaped bushings on the studs that hold up the column? I had one fall out when I was lowering the column but don't know if that is where it goes. Did not find another one.It is black plastic oval in shape and about a half inch long. It seems to fit over the stud nicely but that doesn't mean it is the right place.

I can't remember, but it would make good sense to isolate the column as much as possible from the road.
