Pop out either of the inner tail lights and it's easy to get to. I'm right handed to I take out the inner right tail light and it's right there. Very easy to get to.

Two screws hold it and you'll need to pull the little tab that locks the wire in place in the back of the light. If you can't reach it from one side just take both inner tail lights out, wrap a towel around them and let them dangle while removing the 3rd brake light.
Speaking of third brake light, has anyone swapped out the stock OEM LED bulbs for any aftermarket bulbs/set up? I just installed Halos and the third brakelight looks week by comarison even though it's LED.

They are led's not regular bulbs. I changed mine to clear that light red when the braking.
I really would like to change all out to LED's but I am not an electrical kind of guy. I want the sequential set up, flashing third brake light in LED. I just dont want to fry anything electrical OR>..burn the car down.
