One link is for a product that you could use the other is their directions which show the whole process. Installation is pretty much the same no matter which product you use.
It's not just an input like an RCA jack on the stock radios. You need a harness with a gateway like Aux2Car. DoubleD Mods sells it.
BTW, I'm doing the same as you. I have a Nexus One. I purchased the Aux2Car kit from DoubleD and an A2DP Bluetooth receiver. I'm going to stream my calls and music to my head deck wirelessly. Got the Aux2Car kit. Just waiting for the A2DP kit.
The reason I decided to go with 2 separate devices is because I may want to plug in some non-bluetooth devices to my stereo like an ipod or laptop. So I have the best of all worlds doing this.

Follow the link...the one I'm ref'ing will give you a headphone jack for audio and a usb plug for charging. don't need the changer to use this.

I don't have a 6 disk changer.....so...any way to get to the input jack(s) on the unit to plug in a headphone type jack that would work??????
You need this option
PXDX/PXHGM4
DOUBLE D MODS
NOW ADD YOUR ZUNE OR MP3 player to your factory stereo!
PXDX/PXHGM2 This option works the same as the Ipod version but we replace the iPods pxdp with a pxdx piece to allow you to use your Zune or MP3 player in your 97-04 C5 Corvette. This option if for those who have a factory cd changer and will connect to the cd chanegr harness. Simple 5 minute plug n play install.
PXDX/PXHGM4 This option works the same as the Ipod version as well but this time we replace the iPods pxdp with a pxdx piece to allow you to use your Zune or MP3 player. This option if for those who DO NOT have a factory cd changer and will connect to the back of your factory radio. Removal of bezel and head unit required in this install. Still pug n play as well.

These are both really good options and simple to install. My only problem with this is that I don't want to loose the functioning CD changer. I wish you guys offered the freecomwireless piece from my link. Keeps the changer, adds the jack and the usb charging capability. Any chance you might offer these down the road? Your reputation is pretty good and I'd rather order from you.
Basically you cut and solder 2 wires on the radio. They aren't very small and you have a lot of room so it's easy.
Then wire up a 2way switch and a ground for a total on 5 wires and 7 solders.

The part you need is avaible at radioshack
This is a pretty good solution but at some point in the C5 lifetime GM changed the inside wire connector to a bus type ribbon cable that cannot be split and spliced. Can't remember the year but if you search that same site you will see pictures of the other ribbon type cable.

I guess I lucked out and mine was a regular wire connector.
Although the set of other cables in the picture above, the red ones, were replaced on mine by the bus type cable connector thing on my radio.
