Put the key in the ignition and turn it on, hold the window button down and slam the door closed hard several times. If that doesn't get it working, then remove the door panel and tap on the motor (regulator) with a small mallet. If that doesn't work, then you may have a bad motor or a bad relay in the door control module. I can replace the relay for you if you need the help. Shoot me a PM.

slamming the door did not work for me - but hitting the door panel HARD with my fist right on the pull handle did (be sure to have key on and window button held down as said above).. Problem is the motor hangs up - almost always with the window all the way up (thankfully) and takes some type of hard jarring to bump it loose. Very common problem.
