Thank you.
There are plug and patch kits available, as well as small air compressors that plug into the cigarette lighter. If your car is a Z06, a kit like I mentioned was standard equipment as the Z06 didn't have run flats. If you have a coupe or convertible, run flats were OEM, and there are a number of great alternatives available that will offer run flat capability without buying the OEM Goodyear EMT's.
But the best equipment to carry is a cell phone and an autoclub membership.
I had a flat a few months ago and I used a Benz jack (which worked great) and tire wrench I had on board.. I have a compressor on board but doubt it would do much for the tire.. I guess if you were willing to wait it could inflate.
I got lucky, I got a quick ride to a tire shop and the tire shop took me back to the car and let me use their torque wrench to install the tire..
My puncture was a big one and the tire went down in a couple of minutes... Usually they don't go that fast.
I think a small jack and wrench might be handy but the cell and auto club membership might be good too...
I carry a can of sensor safe Fix-A-Flat and a good 12V compressor. Don't bother with those cheap compressors they sell in so called emergency kits. I got mine at Harbor Freight for about $60.00 and it will fill a completely flat tire in about 3 minutes.
I also carry a cell phone and a Premier AAA card. The Premier service will provide a tow up to 200 miles.
I have the Goodyear GS-D3's which are not runflats.

If you have the OEM runflats, you really don't need to carry anything - they are good for up to 200 miles with no air (running at reduced speeds). If you have non-runflats, a good plug kit, small portable air compressor, and a compact jack are good items. Also, emergency road service of some type (either AAA or on your car's insurance) plus a cell phone are recommended.
[QUOTE=Mark C5;1574516694]I carry a can of sensor safe Fix-A-Flat.
Where did you buy the sensor safe Fix-A-Flat? I heard of it buy can't find it.
Also for you guys that carry a plug kit. If you plug a speed tire it can not be repaired correctly by the tire shop w/a patch & plug from the inside. This is what I was told by a local shop.
