Thanks.

It depends on the mod level of your car.

I had the 2 tip B&B Bullets, and now have the 4 tip GHL Bullets.
1.) First I had the B&B's with stock exhaust. Very loud, and sounded great. Nice deep sound. Resonance was a bit high, but with a sound partition it was ok. My wife hated it. I hated that the tips stuck way out further than the stockers. It just did not look right to me.
2.) Installed LG Pro Long tubes, and the resonance increased 50%. I still could deal with it, though it was getting to me. Nice deep sound. It still sounded great. My wife no longer drove with me in the car.
3.) Installed heads/cam. The resonance went WAY over the top. My door's would rattle at various RPM's. Everything started to vibrate with resonance. It was just stupid loud inside and outside the car. My wife wanted nothing to do with the car. I had to turn the car off when my neighbor came over to chat. I could not hear him talking.
A friend of mine had a C6 LS2 with heads/cam/exhaust etc... had GHL Bullets. I heard his car and drove behind him a few times. I really loved how it sounded. Nice and deep sounding, and you could REALLY hear the "crack/crack/crack" sound of the cam. Thats one thing that the GHL's are really great for (hearing the crack sound of the cam). I asked him about his GHL's and he says that he had no resonance at all. I was shocked because I never thought you could have a deep sounding exhaust that had no resonance. I went for a quick cruise with him and I was amazed. I placed an order for GHL's that evening.
Hope this helps.

First installed only B&B Bullets with H pipe and had lots of drone around 2,000 RPM
Installed X pipe and the drone lessened, but still there, and exhaust sounded less like a motor boat.
Installed LG Pros and drone moved down the range to 1,200 RPM (which I drive right through) and after installing a cam I really don't even notice at all but it just sounds absolutely wicked under throttle. (stock heads still)
At higher RPM and with a partition the exhaust is very tolerable when I'm in the car alone because I can/do turn up the stereo. The wife actually has adapted and enjoys our 2 hour trips to the river.
I had heard some say the there was a difference between the exhaust notes that was determined by the number of tips, with dual being less apt to have drone. My car may be moving to my DD so at that point I don't know if can take the louder exhaust, but I can't stand quiet.
