DJ Motorsport Accessories (Corvette Motorsports Inc.) is proud to introduce a new product designated for any Corvette enthusiast on the Corvette Forum!
Announcing the latest and greatest garage tile that is extremely durable and good looking but for the first time you can CUSTOMIZE the tile with any logo, picture, or wording!
This new process is the latest technological step to advancing both personal preferences in your garage, designing an inexpensive SHOW FLOOR MAT for your car, or marketing your company, race team, or car club on an area as small as 1’ x 1’ to a logo size limited only by your needs or imagination!
We are kicking off the debut of the tile by offering SHOW FLOOR MATS to the Corvette Forum members at a great price. Head over to http://www.djmotorsportaccessories.com/ and check out all the pics, post questions, PM me, or just place an order!
Thanks for all your past business! We hope to see you stopping back by soon to see the next innovations we can offer!
Very cool. How well do these hold up to tire heat. And I mean real tire heat.
I live in Florida and wet (rain soaked), hot tires lift off residential grade epoxy-like garage floor paint. I installed some rubber floor mats and those have black burn marks now from the tire heat.
Straight up - no problem from the heat of tires or engine heat. Although this latest tile is slightly higher than others on the market, you get what you pay for in this case.
Things to avoid or lessons learned;
a-buy the best tile connectors that are easily snapped together! No need for a sledge hammer on these!
b-buy the thicker, more durable, tiles with a texture finish on surface to prevent slipping in water OR buy the perforated to clean less often and have the dirt and water pass through!
c-these are resistant to every chemical we have tried less a strong acid (which could damage anything it contacts anyway right?)
I recommend the perforated tiles where the tires are always in contact and the diamond pattern everywhere else! Look sharp and quite functional!
I hope this helps!!
