We have used this in high performance motorcycles in the past and ofcourse the reviews are mixed. I bought some for my Hayabusa, got lazy and left it in it's original unopened container, on the shelf, for a few months. Later when I was ready to use it, I noticed the color had changed from purplish/blue to black. Didn't like the color change and my bike never got the "Purple Ice"

My tuner either uses purple ice or water wetter....to DISTILLED water not just any water in the radiator of the S/C car.
I cannot stress enough that you make sure on mixing it with distilled water as any other type of water would cause rusting

Most people flush the coolant system before they add this stuff. So what happens is they flush the system put fresh coolant with some distilled water then add this stuff and all of a sudden temps are cooler. Most of the time it's because you cleaned the system out with new coolant is what really did the trick. I have tried this stuff on 3 different cars and nothing changed besides my wallet getting lighter.
