The word "Best" is very subjective, but many of us prefer the Hawk HPS pads.
Get 'em from Gene here.....

I ran the Hawk HPS pads on my last C5 and they were great - very low dust.

I put the Hawks HPS on mine recently -- love the way they work on the street - and have very low dust. Very kind to rotors too.

I quit worring about dust after I used armour-all wheel protectant
not the regular armour all , they have an aerosol just for keeping rims clean

Check out the Hawks. Most that want low dust go with the Ceramics.

I run the HPS myself and with black wheels they seem to dust quite a bit.

I recently installed Hawk HPS and find they are a great improvement over ceramics; I find they dust much less than my old pads

I have the AC Delco Ceramic pads or I could hook you up with the Hawks. We are the least expensive price on the forum for the Hawk pads. We cannot and will not be beat!
