I was drivin in the rain then they just stop. Check the fuse and it was good
need to know is it the motor or the switch.
The first thing I would do is check the udders to make sure they're clean and drain properly. Allow the motor to dry out and give it a try. If you need help locating the udders check this thread in the tech stickys.....http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-t...ak-checks.html
You might be able to help yourself if you're willing to do some research. Every technical question that's ever been asked/answered can be found in the forum archives. The trick is in the keywords used. Your situation should be simple to find lots of past discussions.
In C5 Tech (it's a technical issue), use search or search this forum (in the red banner).
Use keywords "windshield wiper quit" or similar words. You should find many past threads/replies and some with images of the udders, with suggestions on how to deal with the issue.
I recently bought an 04Z and the wiper motor was weak. The seller had a new motor, but since I drove from out of town to get the car the offer was made to let me put it in or I could help..read go get the beer. It's a fairly easy job. The morning I was going to take her home it was raining and I turned the wipers on and one swish then STUCK. Went back to the seller's house tore into it again. We wanted to make sure there were no connections loose. He offered to take the cost of a new motor off the selling price, but I wanted to take a look at things before it cost him a few hundred dollars. Long story short...there was a torx head bolt on the top of the wiper motor that was loose. Tightened her up and POOF wipers back to working.
Try the simple first, fuses and what I found.
