NO boost gauge, AF gauge or EGT. anything!!! lucky for me its only running 5psi i hooked one up tempory to check it was maxing at 5 and holding. anyone know of a good place to run hose through the firewall for the boost gauge and other gauges...need to do pillar pod..

On your random, check the plug wires as well, especially at the boots. I had a random misfire a little while back, ended up being on cylinder 3 & 5...The wires/boots were touching the headers and at a glance looked ok. However; on closer inspection the headers had burned thru insulation enough to cause them to ground out. If you are having trouble tracking it down, just have an autoparts store pull the codes, should show you which cylinders have the misfire. I presume you are getting a flashing SES light?

Not sure on the hose for your gauges...You can probably run that hose thru firewall on the passenger or driver side. I believe there should be a rubber grommet or port hole somewhere in that area you could use to route hose into the engine bay.

So if I'm still getting issues with p0141 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction bank 1 sensor 2. And p0161 o2 * * *Sensor heater circuit malfunction bank 2 sensor 2. *Replacing them with new ones could fix more than likely

also are the spark plug wire metal boots going around the spark plug wire is it suppose to touch the block head? Like is that metal piece suppose to be pushed toward the head to act as a ground or be pulled kind of out so that it doesn't touch the block head

Those 02 errors/codes are or your rear 02s after the cats. While you may get an error, that should not cause any engine issues like a random misfire or limp home mode. I would have the rear 02s tuned out. I am guessing you probably have longtube headers as well? FWIW I no longer have the heat shields on my plug wires, made seating the boot on the plug a real PITA for me. If you delete them, just make sure to keep the wire/boot from touching a header primary... FYI... You should hear two clicks when seating the plug wire on the coil and one good click when seating on the plug. Check/recheck your wires...

Fixed missfire issue when NOT in boost. I still get the random missfire code after the car is hot and been running for awhile. Really strange. I might buy all new plug wires but my car only has 14k on it and the plug wires look fine. Is the metal sheild suppose to be pushed in towards block or pulled out not touching the block. Are they grounding shields or just heat shields?? This car is amazing I just want it running safely and have no boost issues. Those rear o2 sensors could be bad and causing all these problems??? What would you do? Boost holds steady at 5psi. This remote kit is all new to me. Never had a turbo kit punch like this. Its strange how around 3500 rpm it starts spoiling at at 3900 it feels like nitrous. I've owned 3 turbo cars. My previous was inline 6 twin turbo BMW. I normally would never buy a already modded car but this zo6 is amazing and is in great condidtion. I doubt this is something serious hopefully just the o2 sensors or bad tuning that can be easliy fixed. Give me some helpful hints if u got em. I've been speaking with the guys at sts and they are great and trying to help me figure this out. Two things I wanna check are fuel pressure and this buzzin sound behind me wen I'm sitting in the car. Boost a pump? Or weak fuel pump. Idk. Also need to check a/f ratios.

At the end of the fuel rail (front of car) there is a pressure gauge nozzle where a gauge can be screwed in. Use a wide band for checking a/f. 02's can easily be tuned out. Don't have any idea for buzzing. Good luck, be carful this car has a lot more bite( epically with the STS kit) than the inline BMW
