Help w/ window motor noise
My driver's side window is driving me crazy! 
Here is the situation. The window makes a grinding sound when you roll it down, after it has been rolled up all the way. However, if you raise it a little, or almost to the top, it will not make the grinding sound on the way back down. Another wrench it has thrown me is if you immediately press the up button to stop it, then continue rolling it down, it will not make the sound either.
I have taken the panel off and nothing is broken, out of place, or missing that I can tell.
Any suggestions?
