It's been more then a few years but I think I got mine from vendor Southern Car Parts, also think Carskinz offers mats with different colored piping as well.

The steering wheel makes the interior look custom. Before that it just looked accented. Great job!

I get a lot of compliments on my wheel and I love the feel of the Alcantara in the grip area.

I won mine in an introductory lottery here a while back.

Thanks again Gerry,

Kevin

Thanks for all the positive comments everyone. Took it to work tonight, first chance I've really had to try it out since I installed it. Felt a little different, but a lot nicer then the stock one I had on with the wheelskin cover.

Can anyone comment on how well the leather wears on these aftermarket steering wheels? They look great, however the colored areas near the top and bottom are what I am particularly interested in since most of the time my hand is on the top section.

I had read an earlier post that some of these aftermarket vendors suggest using a different, more durable leather on the steering wheels and seating surfaces than on other trim areas.

The bare wheel is placed in a mould using a epoxy resin, and recast with the added thumb grips.
