Do I need to purchase the 'fog light' Tiger Shark front to mount my fog lights... I really do not like the circle in the grill. Does the grill block any more of the light than my Z06 screens?

I was wondering the same, I purchased the fog light option when I ordered my T/S front end - it comes with mounting brackets that better locate the fog lights to center in the grill. I'm tempted to order the non fog grills but leave the fog light brakets installed so the lamps are in the right place. It's a tough call, I have seen them both ways. I think there will be a bit of a light loss having it blocked by mesh, but how much, don't know - maybe more of an issue on how you want it to look rather than light quantity.

You do not have to buy the "fog-light compliant" Tiger Shark front fascia in order to successfully run your fog-lights. You can simply mount your fog-lights to the front frame rail directly behind the screened openings in the fascia. I also did not like how the fog-light holes interrupted the screened areas. The supplied screens (StarCraft brand fascia) have fairly large holes in them, so beam interruption will be at a minimum.
EG's C5, which had a Tiger Shark fascia installed (w/ fogs behind screens).
