Anyone polish up their Corsa mufflers? I have the Pro Indy system and noticed the other day the mufflers look a little blah. The tips are nice and polished, however after seeing Patches lift pictures and his polished exhaust system, I'm determined to make things right.
I tried Mothers, because I had some on hand, and it worked fine, but A LOT of elbow grease was involved.
Then I tried some stuff called 'Flitz" stainless polish-it's the "stuff" for stainless mufflers.

Autosol...by far the best product. Works the minute you put it...you barely have to rub. Hey, if it can clean the carbon buildup on my motorcycle exhaust, it will EASILY clean exhaust tips on the car.

I have the Corsa Indy mufflers on mine and yes, they are dull compared to the tips. Not the high polished finish like my B&Bs were. I've seen Patches car too and I guess I'm going to have to do some more work.
I tried Mothers Mag and Aluminum polish on the mufflers and didn't notice much improvement - worked very well on the polished tips. Guess I need to try some of the stuff mentioned here.
