FOB Problems
My FOB just died, frist it started opening hatch from the front of the car only and today it stop working no unlock nothing. Changed the battery, did the matching Transmitter thing and Resynchronizing no luck. Can anyone help me out with this mess. Both fobs are down now.

My 2000 vert is beginning to act a little like Christine. The electrical system is developing a mind of its own. Is your car displaying any other electrical symptoms besides the fob? My driver seat memory system and Bose stereo are acting strangely.

I went in and manually re-programed both my fobs after i replaced the batts in both fobs, I had no problem and I was able to get my spare fob to work when it never did before. Go into the DIC and click options till you get to fob programing and then scroll through to program fob one, hold down lock and unlock for approx. 20 sec. and then do the same for fob 2. worked great for me.
Good luck. I got my batts at Radioshack for 5 bucks each.
