found an 02 vette with 53000 miles targa top auto red don't really know the options price is 17 in my driveway. what you guys think without looking at it. have a guy that is gonna look at it either today or tomorrow. i really don't want an auto. but what do you guys think?
If you don't want an auto, don't get an auto. Pretty simple. While that seems like a good price if in decent shape and good options, it doesn't matter when you will just want to turn it around to get a mn6.

I agree - if you really don't want an auto tranny, keep looking. You probably won't be happy. Price is not bad if the car has a lot of options and is in very good shape.
One thing you can do is at least drive the car - you may be surprised at how well it performs even with the auto tranny - especially if it has the performance gears in it.

You never know, you might change your mind about the A4 after you drive it. Even if you don't you'll at least have a frame of reference for other cars & test drives.

i agree get what u want.. i myself always drove a stick.. i jump on my auto because i like the car and i am more interested in crusing without the hassle of tryin to hold onto my soda between my legs and shifting since there is no cup holders in a c5. But i have to say i never drove a auto that shift so hard. its amazing.. if u do get the auto, send the ECM to COW for a mad tune.. u wont regret cuz i dont.
Be patient. You'll find the right one. It's not like these were limited production cars. They are everywhere and always changing hands. Hold out for the perfect car and you won't regret it.
well to late i bought the car heres a crappy picture of the car whoop whoop can't wait to take her out for a ride.
