I'll take Interior Parts for $300 Alex.

What is the cloth partition that sits just behind the seats, providing a bit of visual block between the passenger compartment and the storage area?

If it's what my 99 has, it clips or ties longitudinally across the car. I've never taken mine off but somehow it's fastened to the front of the back hatch.

You will see the side pannel nuts have a kinda wing on them, That is where the privacy cover goes, Front and rear. It will lift up with the hatch when it is open. If you look further you also might find you have a net also.

It's nota real good picture, but I'm thinking it may be the portion of a convertible top that lays accross the waterfall area when the top is up. They tend to flap a bit when riding with the top up and the windows down. someone may have cut it away and just saved it...If it approx, the width of the waterfall/top storage area, that's likely what it is.

On my '99, that privacy shield was part of the whole privacy shield and sewn together.
