I sure don't know how some of these vendors stay in business with customer support like that. If what you say is true, That is uncalled for.
Mr.Bill
Good luck on getting your parts.

I ordered from them and had no problems at all. In fact, I told them I needed the part quick for an upcoming show and they rushed it to get it to me. Good luck with your parts.

I have ordered from them a few times and while their shipping was not the fastest, I always got responses back from them pretty quickly. I also always got the products I ordered. Have you tried emailing Josh?

I have dealt with them. While it took what seemed like forever to get my product, they were prompt in returning my emails.

Thanks for your replies, I will just keep trying, I have E-Mailed them, When I call I just get a voice recording. (3 times) Maybe all will be well, My C5 is in the shop (Corvette Specailties by Rudi, Tulsa,OK.) and is being finished up with about $7,000.00 of work being done. and needing the spoiler.

Bought a few things from RPI, spoke with Josh once, emailed him a few times, always a prompt reply, and delivery.

I bought a painted spoiler for my AE, it did take a while to get it, but it was within the period they quoted.

Paint match was incredible. The word on the street is that the AE paint (with its tinted clearcoat) is a butt to match, but mine is absolutely perfect.

Good Luck

They were very slow in shipping my spolier as well. Was told it was being shipped out on a certain day. It was delayed for 2 weeks more after that. Customer service was lacking. Would have been OK with a simple apology and never got one.
