Question about exhaust (intermediate pipe)
I currently have the Borla XR-1 exhaust, and if anyone knows about this exhaust the muffler is located on the intermediate pipe. I am looking to remove that and replace it with something that does NOT have a muffler in it (basically to have straight pipes).
Now I have American Racing headers, so I am not sure if a stock intermediate pipe will work or not. Can anyone confirm if a STOCK or AFTERMARKET intermediate pipe will work with the AR headers? I know Magnaflow sells an intermediate pipe for about $300.

It LOOKS like it would fit (the XR-1 looks identical to the Magnaflow pipe listed above). The XR-1 has 2 flanges on the rear end of the pipe and a slip over closest to the headers.
