Nice FRC you have there, The only trouble I myself has with it is being a poser Z06. Wheels, Side vents and badages.
Other than that nice.

Nice car. Only thing I'd do is lose the badge since it's not a Z06.

Looks great!

But why the fake Z06 badges?

I'm secretly smirking...cause the car I bought has the fake brake ducts...hehehehe

Get rid of the badges, BSM's and install a Short Shifter ... the stock unit looks goofy.

Make sure it has the CLB mod.

Have fun!

Agreed; also, your steering wheel is upside down.

I agree with Mr. Bill. Get ride of all the poser stuff. The previous owner did not even place the fake brake duct in the right place. Nice car enjoy it

Yeah nice vette, just broken in with those miles.

As the others have said, use a heat gun and remove those faux parts.

being an owner of a real Z06 i take offense to a poser frc trying to look like a Z06.

i almost bought a 2000 frc and it did not have any phony badges and still was fast as a scalded cat.

at least get rid of the emblems.

and if the scoops are stick on remove them or put them in the correct place on the sides.

other then that i wish you luck with your frc.

get a non squiggly short antenna.

I like it - the only thing I'd change is the badges!

I'd lower it on stock bolts for now and it would look even sweeter -

Leave the side vents, especially if they are functional and the wheels look amazing on your Pewter FRC

BS if anyone says it's a "POSER" with the Z06 wheels and side brake vents/ducts - the vents are functional and the wheels well they should of been on the coupes as well, they look great - I guess many would dislike my Vette since I have C6 Z06 wheels

Thanks,Matt

Looks like the vette is in great shape and is barely broken in at those miles

As mentioned before, I would lose the z06 emblem yesterday.

I think you might have the z51 suspension so you might try these out:

agree on both accounts. However, even correctly positioned non-functional, stick-on scoops are a bad idea imo. If one must have them, correctly position them. Yours are too high on the quarter-seam and too close on the door side.

the emblems are what makes it a poser.

the vents, in the right place, and not stick-ons would be ok.

Beautiful pewter FRC - but I have to agree - since it is not a Z06, you might want to consider taking off the Z06 side badges.

Yeah I'm just not touching it right now, I picked it up last week and only on a 2 week leave from Iraq. So I just drove it as is, but since I didn't have a lot of time I didn't wanna start messing with the car. I plan to remove the molding in the center of the doors I plan to remove the rear vents, there just a lot bigger then the real vents so the look to high and close to the door, they are the stick on ones but I have actual rocker panels from an 01 z06 and the full functioning vent system for the rear brakes. I plan to upgrade the rear breaks. and remove the badges. lol The wheels are not the Z06 wheels. they are after market chrome rims just z06 style but unlike the z06 there not subdued. I normally don't like chrome rims but i think they look good on the car i was thinking of going with black rims but i don't know any more lol and yes the antenna has to go as well

As of right now the car has shorty headers and has been tuned a bit. But I don't know if it really has any more power.

As far as work I plan: I'm going to look for a used or trashed ls2 motor since I know it will drop rite into this car but take my time n build it up over a few years planing to stroke it n build a bad *** all motor ls2 n drop it in once it's finished and the current motor is higher millage n ready to be swapped.
