Default Reproduction wheels

I am really on the fence about upgrading to the Spyder chrome wheels for my 2004 MY Coupe. Prices and warranty seems to vary all over the map.
My main concern, as all reproduction wheels seem to originate from China, is the quality over the long haul, particularly the chrome.
I have read many good comments regarding House of Wheels in Florida, unfortunately threre have been not so good comments about Factory Reproduction wheels.
Appreciate your comments with your experiences.
Thanks

Go with OE wheels. I had to send a set back to Factory Reproductions because they were less than par: chrome was shotty, the edge of the wheels were not smoothe, ect. The guy there called me "****" when I asked about a return and then he proceeded to say "what do you want for $900?" I couldn't believe what I was hearing.. I sent the wheels back and they took their sweet time crediting my account on top of it all. I made sure I got a full refund by informing my credit card company who then called them up for the transaction.

OE is very polite, better prices and quick shipping. No problems with them. All of these wheels are made in China now. The quality is usually fine. No problems with the ones I have (chrome) and they've been on the car for about 3 years.

+ 1 on O.E.Wheels .. had mine for 1-1/2 yrs and I am very pleased with them. The transaction was smooth and very fast. Bought them with tires mounted an all I did was bolt them on - perfect balance. Mine are not chrome (gunmetal paint center with polished and clearcoated rims) ... no flaws at all.

O.E. FTW. Or contact JWMotoring also, a forum vendor.

I bought my OE's about 8 years ago when they were in a small warehouse in south Sarasota. Not one problem.
