Wow... There's been a lot of hit and runs. 
That sucks. Looks like you're going to need a new bumper fascia, signal housing and light lid.
I hope you have uninsured motorist insurance. Seems most people these days have no shame and just can't handle the responsibility.

It enrages me whenever I see stuff like this!!! 
It seems too many people have forgotten (or never learned) this:
