Default need some help please

I have a service vehicle soon and TCS error code 1288 that has come on at least once it allows me to reset but am not sure what is going on. On the cheat sheet of codes there is no 1288 for TCS, I looked thru all of the other codes but did not see 1288 either. It is also getting aperidoically the b0361/363/367 which is something else primarily concerned with the TCS 1288, it runs fine no reduction in power or anything else, only thing that has changed I put new tires on the front and they look almost as big as the back tires?? wondering if the car is sensing something that is funky with tire size the tires are stock but they are michellen PS II AS radial runflats?? will post the exact tires size later but they are the same size that was on it before.

It has a home lowering kit on it stock bolts up front and long bolts in the back, and it was like that when I bought it, I have since returned it to stock height 28.5 inches front fender well, and 29.5 inches reaer fender well. new tires only on the front did not have the money for back tires which are an additional 700 bucks. Had to replace the front ones had cords showing on the front ones wear pattern was bad inside wear and same pattern on the back, it was out of alignemnt tow wise tires were pointed for some reason out a little on each side has sense been aligned, new tires on the front. Looking for info on the TCS error code, started happening after I was having a little fun. Please let me know what you think.

tire size 245/45ZR17 Y 95 is the tires specs for the front
Thanks

James

1288 is the code for steering sensor circuit malfunction.

The steering position sensor is located near the base of the steering column. On the left side of the sensor is a 4 wire connector, try unplugging it and replugging it a few times clear all the codes and see if the 1288 code returns.

Sometimes the connector can loose contact briefly and cause the code to display with a H after it meaning History if it has a C it is current and you may need a new sensor installed. That entails removing the steering column. It runs around 3 to 4 hundred for parts and labor at the dealer.
