There is an adjustment **** that moves the HUD display up and down in the field of vision, someone could have merely adjusted yours to be below visible level. Try using the up down arrow to see if you can get it into view.

Angle plays a big role here so someone much smaller or larger than you may have had it adjusted for their view, but when you try to see it can't. Finger's crossed for you.

Can you take a photo of what you are seeing and post it so we can better understand the problem? Adjust the brightness to max and place something dark over the windshield to block the incomming light before taking the photo.

could be the projector mirror, try fooling with the up/down controls at night and see if you can get something. If the mirror fell off it pin it may be projecting sort of sideways or cockeyed

A very good chance you have a problem like mine. One or both of the pivot pins on the back corners of the unite has more than likely broken,,letting it drop below viewing level. These are just plastic nubs ,,and eventually wear/break off. I'm going to have to do a search to find out how to get to it and get it out to try and fix it!! If I can hunch way forward I can see it!! Try it and see if you lean up and see it. If you can,,and the adjustment **** makes no difference,,that's the problem!!

I just replaced my projector when this happened, there is a thread on repairing the pins but I could not find it. if you need a projector I have a few.

Matt,
You need to get to the other coast (skins territory) and we would get you a HUD installed in a couple of hours.

Yea, we can’t wait around here for Sept. 12, opening day, cowboys, McNabb, Sunday night- going to be great. I'll be at the 50 yard line sipping a few cold ones. I had at least 10 people call me about the game not including my kids, there all wondering who I’m going take with my 2 extra tickets.
Let me know when you come out this way and I’ll get you some tickets

Go over to the tech side and look at the sticky DIY, it has one for HUD install- Its not difficult at all, takes a couple of hours, maybe 3 if its your first time. You have to pull the dash.
I will PM you when I get home, I need to see how many I have
