RSI Anyone else have problems
I purchased RSI Fuel system for my c5 corvette back on feb 14 and was told i would receive it in 2 weeks from that date. Well since that day before I received the product the price dropped 400 dollars and then about 3 to 3 1/2 months later I finally received part of the kit, and after 5 months am still waiting on the rest which hasn't even been shipped yet. I don't know if this is only happening to me or other people are going through the same think, or if i am out of line and should just be patience but 5 months seems a little long for an item that was supposed to be 2 weeks away.
Well just wanted to here what you guys think and if anyone else has had good or bad times dealing with RSI

I don't think they are much more than an online retailer anymore. Most of their pictures are before the company was purchased and moved from Houston to Dallas. Good luck.

I don't know anything about the company, But 5 months and counting is unacceptable.
I would be on the phone asking about the price difference and when the rest will ship, Or better yet, I would be asking for a full refund and contact the CC company.

That was my feeling to, i thought it was ridiculous and they were more expensive than some other places but i liked there product but now it just a waist of time it seems

I didn't pic a color i told them anything that i could get the fastest then about 3 weeks ago he said he sent some prototype rails via USPS but then said they got lost and said he would sent the next set as soon as he can and that was 2 weeks ago and now i cant even get in contact with him.

RSI Twin pump special---Wow
Not only did William find me a twin pump unit at the "special" price well after the special was over, He let me pay with a check when the deal was "online orders only", my cards had been comprimised.
Arrived in about 2 weeks after snail mail was sent from AZ.
Siphon Y didn't make it in the box and I had one in hand in about a week after I let him know.
So for me, RSI stuff is super and William is a responsive, stand up guy.
