My car is an "03 Z06 with 22,000 miles on it (I know - I'm one of those guys that only drives it on sunny days, and in Upstate NY there aren't a whole lot of them!).
I'm wondering if there are maintenance issues I should address. I've done the diff and trans fluids, have used the turkey baster process on the clutch fluid and of course the oil changes. Given the car's age more than the miles, I think I should probably change out the coolant and t-stat. Anything else you would recommend? Thanks.

Sounds like you have done the right thing...one question, why did you change the diff fluid at 22K miles? Was the rear end making unusual noises? Just wondering since I have 25K miles on my '04 if I should change mine also...

I changed out the diff fluid a while back, only to switch to synthetic fluid to help with shifting ease.

I changed my differential and brake fluid at 13K miles. The car was five years old, the DexCool was dumped and fresh installed as well and a new air filter. But I only have 14K miles on it and it's only going to get a state inspection and once yearly oil change. The oil life monitor says it's got 88% life still left, but I change it as the owners manual states.
For guys with a 6 speed, you should change the clutch fluid once every two years.

Did that help with shifting ease, cause I was told that changing the Diff OIL won't help with the transmission/ shifting, I have 29000 on m 07 MN6 and it really does not like to go into reverse, and sometimes even grinds into it.

Wouldn't worry about the thermostat unless you are having cooling problems. I would definitely change the coolant and go ahead and have the brake fluid flushed and filled.

If you have the original fluid 6-7 yr old fluid, yes you should change it imo. Maybe it's low, dirty, cloudy or thin. It just makes good sense to do this. After you change it, your car will thank you with longevity.

The trans and diff fluid changes are a good idea, even for cars that are not tracked often. I recommend them being changed every 15k-20k for M6 cars. It is cheap insurance and it will prolong the life of them. You should see the condition of fluids I see in customers cars.
I highly recommend AMSOIL for all the fluids due to the increased quality of their oils over the competition. If you need recommendations on what fluids to run or have any questions on the AMSOIL product, feel free to call or PM. We carry it at the dealership for our large number of Corvette customers and I am also a dealer for it.

I think the fluid change MIGHT have helped with the shifting, but not in a major way. I didn't have any problems with it not going into any gears, so I can't help you with that one.

Brake fluid flush meaning bleeding all the lines until the fluid is all clear again? Is there a one-person bleeding system tool out there that I can get?
