Default A/C Issue

I have an '01 coupe with duel climate control A/C. I am having a problem with i ton the driver’s side mainly. The temp on the passenger’s side will get down to about 52 degrees while the driver’s side only goes down in the low 70's (used and A/C temp probe). Also I just ran a 50 mile Porker run and it seemed that whenever I got on it, the A/C wanted to blow warm air at a stop or cruise it was cooler.

Any idea what may be causing this? I do have an extended warranty, so I will take it in to the dealership this week, just trying to get some advice.

Try a search using key words, "AC actuator, warm driver side, reindexing" maybe "reindex" instead of "reindexing"

These 3 have all been brought up this week alone about 10 times...there's 3 other threads on this page devoted to this issue.

Have you tried reindexing the actuators ? In regards to a/c blowing warm when you get on it I believe the a/c is shut off by the computer.

No Doubt!! His rant would've had merit if his pictures actually worked.

00....If you don't want to help or if people posting more than once troubles you to where you find it necessary to be rude then don't reply. It's that simple. I get people posting and PMing me with the same questions all the time but I realize how many times others here have helped me so I delightfully oblige and help any person anytime.

Reindexing is a temporary fix. Eventually you will have to replace the actuator. If you're going to the trouble of pulling it out, might as well replace it. The drivers side is the easy one. Lay in the footwell, takes about 15 minutes. The passenger side is the bitch one. Have to take the dash apart.
Yes, when you go WOT, the AC compressor is shut down by the puter.

whoa there buddy. You've got 16 posts total...check out my last 50 or so in the last few days, where i've been on here trying to help out with whatever I can.
First off, ALL THREE LINKS WORK

Second, that's the 5th time I've posted links this week to those threads

Third, this is a very common issue

Fourth, What did you contribute to his thread?...nothing

Fifth, ANY OF THOSE THREE LINKS I POSTED WILL HELP HIM FIX HIS ISSUE

The search is here for a reason, if you don't feel like using it. Fine

There's still 2 or 3 other threads with people having the exact same issues in the general and tech section as I write this.

I'll edit it and delete the BS..I truly think people do not know about the search feature though. You guys should make it to where people HAVE TO read the stickies and the forum how-to's so they know before being able to post. And I don't just mean this at all because I a jerk and I don't want to help people.

Those stickies and the search feature are a gold mine and can save hours of waiting around or posting back and forth. I have learned so much on forums by going through the top few stickies in the general/tech sections. Most of the "search feature, username search, etc" is all the same on each forum.

I just mean, you can literally narrow a search down to "AC WARM DRIVER SIDE" in the title only. And if anyone else has ever had that issue, they probably created a thread.

Sometimes, your thread ends up dropping to the bottom with no replies due to time zones, seniors not being here atm, whatever. The search can just save so much headache.

I am truly sorry for saying "man" and "freakin" but I didn't think it would be so brutal. We are grown men/women.

Now, to the OP...did you ever get a chance to check your codes?

See if you've got B 0361, B 0363, B 0365, B 0367 or B 0441 and post back
