i always see, "please help me fix..." threads in here...
...but this thread is just to say absolutely nothing is wrong with my 03Z and every time i drive it... its like driving it for the first time

My Z06 has been trouble free for six years now.

That is an interesting question. I wonder if people who mod their cars have more problems. Sounds like a subject for a survey.

Mine has be very reliable too. (knock on wood). The only work I have to do on it is mod it and make it shiny

have my 03 z06 for 6.5 years now, and it's been problem free, thanks to 40% slowhawk performance & 60% owner.

Mine is mostly stock... with the exception of Borla catback and HSW N2O kit with a good tune.
I think the more you mess with "stock" the quicker problems arise... but a good tune is the key
