Default Lug nut COVERS

I'm not looking for the actual lug nut but I have gray plastic lug nut covers that go OVER the actual lug nut itself. The ones I have are gray plastic and they don't look that good on my polished aluminum wheels? I searched everywhere and I can't believe no one makes them. I just want to dress up the stock wheels on my 2000 vert. Any suggestions where I can find the COVERS to replace the gray COVERS that are on my wheels now? Thanks in advance.

I believe Corvette Central, Ecklers, and Mid America carry them.

Here you go, you might be able to find something here:

Jake2000....Do they still have the "cruise in" at the coffee shop on Gause Blvd 1st Saturday of the month?

I didn't like the gray plastic covers either so I decided to replace with one piece chromed lug nuts. Did it three years ago and have been happy with the appearance and ease of on and off. I think I got them from a company called Gorilla Lug Nuts. Cheap too, less than $30 for all 20 if I remember correctly. Kept the originals in case I wanted to restore back.

Renegad44...Thanks a lot. That's exactly what I'm looking for. I suppose I should have searched for lug nut CAPS and not lug nut COVERS. Thanks again. You da man.

There is a vendor on here (look along left side under wheels) House of Wheels that used to have a special on all the time for chrome lug nuts for $20 something for a whole set. Good quality, that is where I got mine.

Something else to consider would be to replace the stock gray lug nut covers with some black ones. I did that with both my high polished wheels and painted wheels and it looked very good IMO.

Vetteman Jack....Never thought of getting black lug nut caps but that might be a good look for my red 2000 vert with polished aluminum wheels.

We sell a lot of chrome lug nuts for people that don't want the caps anymore:

I wanted to replace them with chrome covers as well so I went to the stealership and priced them. I could have bought a rim and tire for the price they quoted me. No wonder GM got into financial trouble!

I replaced all of mine with high quality (triple chrome I think) lug nuts complete with a locking lug for each wheel for about a quarter the price quoted from GM.

Another vote for chrome lug nuts. Several forum vendors carry them...

No sweat, hopefully you'll find what you need from one of the vendors posted.
